Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. undertakes that personal information processed for Kirelle will be handled only as this Privacy Policy records. The company will not enlarge that processing by an unpublished practice.

This Privacy Policy takes effect on 2026-09-19.
The controller is Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. The published postal address is Room 906, No.45 Baishi Road, Chengnan Sub-district, Jiangcheng District, Yangjiang City. Privacy mail is received at service@yimengtrading.com. Use that mailbox for access, amendment, erasure, or a portable copy of identifiable files.
Kirelle is intended for adults who have already reached 18. A person who has not yet turned eighteen is outside the audience. Minors must not use this companion.
A host conversation starts on the copy you installed, so Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. does not create a sign-in or keep a server-side user record, and Kirelle does not charge for a host turn because the Play listing carries no purchase screen.
Subject matter covered by this Privacy Policy
Kirelle ships as a Google Play Android companion. This Privacy Policy covers the controller named above, capture that remains on the handset, typed lines that travel outbound so a model can answer, and the HTTPS request that fetches legal texts.
A user may pick among ten hosts and discuss outfits or home styling in typed lines or in a voice call that is converted on the device. The application is not a map product and is not a checkout.
Readers should treat this notice and the Data safety answers published for Kirelle on Google Play as a matched pair. Collection, sharing, purpose, and the distinction between a required practice and an optional practice are meant to read the same in both places.
Sites and packages the controller does not issue under the Kirelle name sit outside this notice.
Personal information obtained or processed
Personal information is grouped by source. Local capture and remote transmission are kept distinct.
What you type to a persona is Other user-generated content. Optional chat you choose to send is the material that leaves the handset so a model can compose a reply. Those lines travel over HTTPS to the remote model named in the recipients chapter. Installing Kirelle does not force a prompt; a turn occurs when you elect to write one.
Photos / Videos are not collected. After you tap Camera, a still may sit in application storage so you can look at it while you write. That still is not uploaded, sent, or received by Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. This package has no video-capture control.
Microphone audio is not collected. A voice call uses on-device speech-to-text and on-device text-to-speech. Spoken audio remains on the handset. Microphone audio is not uploaded with the call. If you later submit the converted text as a prompt, that text is treated as Other user-generated content under the paragraph above.
App activity is not collected. Working files that let a conversation screen reopen remain on the handset. They are not sent as usage telemetry.
Location is not requested. A styling conversation does not need a map coordinate.
Kirelle does not collect an advertising ID and does not use an AAID.
If you write to service@yimengtrading.com, the controller receives whatever you place in that message. That mail is correspondence you chose to send. It is not a silent upload from the conversation screen.
Purposes of use and legal bases for processing
This chapter states why personal information is used and, when the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies — including where you are located in an EU or EEA Member State — the legal bases for that use.
Returning a companion reply is why Optional chat you send is given to the remote model. Delivering a selected legal page is why those logs are created when a hosted text is opened. Answering mail sent to service@yimengtrading.com is why that correspondence is held.
Carrying out a turn you submit is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
A legitimate interest supports the reading of privacy-request mail at service@yimengtrading.com so staff can reply and can keep a short record that the correspondence was handled.
A legal obligation can require the controller to produce mail it still holds when a regulator issues a formal order. On-device stills and spoken audio are not in the controller's custody. Staff can address only files they can still locate.
Personal information is not processed to assemble a remote advertising file. Camera stills and Microphone audio are not used as a collected Photos / Videos or Microphone audio set, because those categories do not leave the device.
Recipients of disclosed personal information
Each recipient is named with the personal information it receives and the reason for the disclosure.
A generative AI provider receives conversation content and user prompts over HTTPS in order to return model replies. That provider uses those materials so the companion can show an answer. The companion does not ship a named analytics or ads SDK.
A hosting provider records HTTPS server logs when you open a hosted legal page. You may open this Privacy Policy from the application. The terms of use are opened on the same path. The children's notice is opened on that path as well. The host relies on those logs to deliver the page you selected.
Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. does not sell personal data obtained through Kirelle. A reader may email service@yimengtrading.com to opt out of selling personal information or to send a do-not-sell request, even though no sale is made.
Those materials, and those logs, may be processed on equipment outside the country where you installed Kirelle. No further outbound path leaves this package. Stills and spoken audio are not part of either request.
If a statute requires disclosure of records the controller still holds, the disclosure will be limited to the demand. That duty does not convert on-device stills into a remote archive.
Camera and Microphone — conditions of access
You take a still only when you press Camera. The image stays in application storage. Camera is not in the background while you type. Android Settings can turn Camera off; after that, a new still cannot be taken, and typed host talk continues.
You start a spoken note only when you press Microphone. Conversion happens on the handset. Microphone is not in the background while you type. Android Settings can turn Microphone off; after that, a new spoken note cannot start, and typed host talk continues.
Allowing Camera or Microphone lets Kirelle finish the tapped action on the handset. Refusing the permission, or switching it off later, leaves typed turns available.
Selecting a picture already stored on the handset uses Android Photo Picker. That picker is not listed among the runtime permissions in this notice. The picture you select remains in application storage. It is not uploaded.
Neither permission authorizes a media upload. The still and the spoken audio are not shared with that provider or with the host.
How you may inspect, correct, erase, or receive a copy
Mail service@yimengtrading.com to exercise the rights in this chapter, in the order below. Requests that concern records the controller actually received are answered within 15 business days. Staff may ask only for enough detail to find those records. Files that never left the handset remain under your control on the device.
Access. You may ask which personal information the controller still has. For Kirelle that set is usually the letter you sent and any of those logs the operator can still match. Typed lines that already went outbound are described to the extent the controller can still match them. On-device stills and spoken audio can be reviewed in the application itself.
You may request correction, also called rectification, when personal information or personal data we keep is inaccurate or incomplete. Send the request to service@yimengtrading.com, identify the faulty line, and state the accurate replacement. Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. amends only material that actually reached it. A typo that exists only in application storage is edited on the handset.
Erasure. You may delete a local still or clear a conversation screen in the application. Removing the application, or wiping its Android storage, deletes leftover local files. You may also ask service@yimengtrading.com to erase personal information the controller actually received. Because there is no hosted account, Kirelle does not offer an in-app close-account path.
Portability. You may copy local files from the handset with the tools Android and Kirelle already expose on the device. If identifiable mail or identifiable logs remain with the controller, ask the same mailbox for an extract of any identifiable remainder.
These rights attach to personal information held by the controller. They do not oblige staff to open another person's device.
Technical measures and storage duration by record type
Technical controls are stated first.
Outbound requests travel over HTTPS: the request that returns a legal page, and the request that carries typed turns to that provider. Only staff who answer privacy mail may open the service@yimengtrading.com inbox. No electronic channel is claimed to be free of interference. The lock screen and physical custody of the handset remain your responsibility.
If you think personal information the controller holds was exposed, write to service@yimengtrading.com. Staff will review the files they can still locate.
Retention is grouped by record type.
Other user-generated content that left as a prompt is processed by that provider long enough to return a reply. This notice does not publish a numbered retention clock for that provider. Questions about a prompt the operator can still identify go to service@yimengtrading.com.
Camera stills and Photo Picker pictures remain in application storage until you drop them, wipe the application data, or remove Kirelle. The controller does not keep a remote Photos / Videos archive of those stills.
Spoken audio remains on the handset for the same local period. The controller does not keep a remote Microphone audio archive.
Working caches counted as App activity stay on the handset until you wipe storage or remove Kirelle.
Those logs remain with the host for whatever operational window the host uses when it serves pages. A numbered purge date for them is not stated here.
Mailbox correspondence remains until the request it belongs to is finished. Local deletion is immediate when you uninstall or clear storage. Mailbox answers use the 15-business-day period already stated.
Additional provisions for the European Economic Area
When the GDPR applies, the grounds stated in the legal-bases chapter are the legal bases for the processing described there. If a mailed request is still open, you may write again and withdraw that request.
A person covered by the GDPR may lodge a complaint. File it with a supervisory authority in the EEA Member State of residence, of work, or of the alleged infringement.
Data Protection Officer mailbox for EEA readers
A dedicated data protection officer has not been appointed by name. There is no named data protection officer. Mail that an EU or EEA resident would address to such an officer is received at service@yimengtrading.com.
Additional provisions for California and for Virginia
California and Virginia residents use the same mailbox and records. The next paragraphs apply those two statutes.
California residents under the CCPA
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to California residents in addition to the rights above. Email service@yimengtrading.com and ask us to confirm whether we collect personal information about you and whether we share it. The same mailbox accepts access, amendment, and erasure requests for personal information the controller actually holds.
Kirelle does not share personal information for advertising. What leaves the application is the typed turn given to that provider, plus those logs recorded by the host. Advertising-oriented share under California law is not a practice of this package.
California residents also rely on the no-sale sentence in the recipients chapter. Even so, a California resident may write to service@yimengtrading.com and send a do-not-sell request. Staff answer through that mailbox within 15 business days.
Virginia residents under the VCDPA
The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) is named here for Virginia residents. Targeted advertising, a sale of personal data, and profiling are unused: the companion carries no advertising, makes no sale, and keeps no remote scoring file.
A Virginia resident may still write to service@yimengtrading.com to inquire whether any personal data remains with the controller, or to seek amendment or erasure of what was actually received. To refuse a sale, email that address and state that you want to opt out of selling. Local stills and spoken audio leave the handset only when you drop them, wipe storage, or remove the application.
Adult-only audience; publication of later editions
Kirelle is written for people who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children. Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
The controller does not gather biometric data of children, nor children's sensitive identifiers.
This companion is not designed for children, not marketed to children, and not aimed or directed at children. Kirelle includes no child-focused features.
A parent or guardian may email service@yimengtrading.com to request access to children's information the controller actually received, deletion of that information, and stopping processing of it, and should uninstall the application or clear its storage so local files on that handset are removed.
When practices change, Yangjiang Yimeng Trading Co., Ltd. will replace this text at the same hosted location and in the in-application copy, and will change the effective date shown above. Check that date each time you open the notice. If a change alters processing of personal information, the Play Data safety answers will be revised with this page.
